I heard a sketchy description of the race course.......are we pedaling out to the ponds up top.....?

....if so, change the course immediately before the mutiny starts......

Edit: my bad.......if we start from the North Face then it flows over to the ponds......

my friend said the expert course is going to have a crazy hard section that was in a race back in like 1999. Beginning of the course is supposed to be very pedally, so hope you all have done some cardio. The beginning is actually fresh cut and wraps around and under the north face lift. All of the above is just heresay. Dont hold me to anything. Just things Ive been told about the course.

Fast pedally i think......would have to be in that area....

If the trail gradually works its way over like under the ponds.......there some nasty terrain in there......

i dont know. but the top of the northface side is pretty flat, so every course begins as a pedal course.

here's more info. all of the above is in the course, as i mentioned earlier. The course passes thru a section where the steepest slope is on the mtn., Blockbuster. A trail from a few years ago, Twisted Sister is where we all will be heading. But that wont be what were racing on. That was bulldozed so they could get trackers thru to make the ski lift. So we traverse across Blockbuster and head towards the mtn X course, but that section is not in the race. Thats all i know, for now.

P.S. theres going to be a tricky rock drop in the course on a steep landing. So far every one can do it except beginners have a fireroad go around.
