i went from a koxx level boss to a PX new jack flash for my trials use (using the PX because its more versatile), and im having serious trouble staying on my rear wheel. with my koxx i could stay on for hours, hopping, pedalkicking, whatever. but with this, its frigign impossible! i cant stay on for more than a few hops or lurches! is it the longer chainstay coupled with the shorter stem thats killing me? it probably is, but i need to change my technique so that i can stay on my rear wheel as well as i can on my koxx (please no cock jokes). anyone got any weight-shift tricks or something? im in dire need, its really frustrating when i cant do something that im good at, just because its another bike!

Yep- the geometry changes will force you to adjust your body position---the leverage point on your Koxx was mcuh lower due to the shorter chainstays than the PX, couple that with a longer stem and you had a lot more room to adjust before the balance point became çritical'...in any case it will make you a cleaner trials rider

i know that when i have ridden long wheelbase bikes they seem so easy cause my 6 4 body can just sorta stand up. You are going to need to get used to being cramped again. I have never owned a long wheelbase bike, but if I hop on my Identiti judge I am just as precise on rear wheel as most experts on any bike.
yeah, its another bike, but you gotta get used to it. Long chainstays have advantages. Like pedal kick gaps are easier (well distance wise)
Bend your arms a bit more than usual and get that weight further back, its much less of a stand and more of a crouch.
