OK, I was at Plattekill this past weekend, it was great like a ghost town. I got some hiking/scouting in with my dog and found some great lines.
Justin and Mugsy were up helping, I found a sick line that connects my "Crazy Horse" drops to some sweet new drops.
The plan: Extend the 2nd bridge on crazy horse down about 30', make a nice banked (northshore) type corner thru some fresh cut, off the " Phantom" drop (7'to8') over to "Mugsy" drop 3'-5" with a 25' wood landing, to this sweet flowy section we cleared this weekend to the big "Flight Deck" drop.
I need help in March some time to build the bridges, I have the plan and should have the wood by then, there will be about 80' of bridge that needs to be built,
Who's in??

This is something seperate from the work/cleanup weekend, this is building stunts on a trail that I (and friends) built and maintain through out the years, it needs to be kept seperate from the clean up weekend. I don't want to take people away from clean up weekend.
Food and brewski's will be a flowin during the bridge building.

Only if you plant the flower beds around the berms. White daises, red tulips, and oh yesssss, my favorite - purple iris's.

Go down 2 threads. That's what we were talking about. Anyway, I think one entire weekend devoted to matenance and building will make a huge improvement. Work Sat and Sun one week and get 2 lift tickets for the season. I'm sure some people can only come up one day for the weekend anyways. Aceman

With the slow arivial of the snow I have been collecting wood for the bridges, no snow means no money to buy wood, if anybody has the means or access to anything we could use, please save it,
We can use all we can get. 4"x4"'s, 2"x4"'s, 2"x6"'s
anything like that,
thanks

I know it's only January but I just want to get a tentive head count, so far:
Karpi
Nitro-1
HellbentDH
Aceman
Bigron (& crew)
Blackbox
& Bunkerchunks.
I am sure I can get a few more people, if everyone on this list can bring 1 extra person we would have a killer crew and could get things done early so not to interupt riding time.
