i know i'll be at platty this weekend for the race. i'm wondering how many other souls will be braving the cold weather for the last race in the north east. it's hard to think this will be the last weekend of lift accessed riding until spring.

Let's hope for some warm weather this week. Saturday there was 14" at the top and 4 at the base. I think the hearty few mountain bikers were outnumbered by the skiers doing top to bottom runs ! All in all my three runs were fun but the party in the parking lot was the best.

I'll be there with Timmaaay. We will be staying at the Valkyrian and have space since Brooks got hurt last Saturday if you need a place. The whether looks like it is not going to be too bad and the snow should melt in time.
Just trying to decide whether to go with the skinny mud tires or my regular setup. See you there.

i will be there friday night through sunday's cermony. sean, i think i am going to camp out. i have camped all season and i don't want to ruin my record at the last race. i also want to stare into the fire until the wee hours of the morning.

C'mon Ford, we know you're only camping for the fire, fire, fire my little pyro friend. Anyway, you see the pic someone posted of today's conditions. That coupled with the 'expected' weather, you may have decent weather for camping. However, cover your bases and bring a little of everything cause we know how Pkill sometimes suprises us with the weather. I'm not camping for this one. See you Sat..

i am going to try to bring a little wood. looks like there is going to be a little rain on the weekend but it should be fun anyway. anyone going to bring some "spirits" to have around the fire like last month? i would if i could get my hands on some, but i can't; not for another year and a half.
