John: heal up quick. it wont be the same without you . . . and the tequila. sorry we all wont be around on hcor to provide you with entertainment this weekend.

Looks like Mr. Ford is bored.
I'll be up Saturday morning but I'm definately getting a room and bringing the mud tires.
* HEAVY RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT AND THE REMAINS OF TROPICAL STORM TAMMY WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. RAINFALL TOTALS BY LATE SATURDAY WILL AVERAGE 1 TO 3 INCHES ACROSS THE AREA... WITH LOCALIZED 4 TO 5 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
* RAINFALL TOTALS OF 4 INCHES OR MORE WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS. THE MOST LIKELY RESULT FROM THIS STORM ON MAIN STEM RIVERS WILL BE SIGNIFICANT RISES... BUT NO FLOODING. HOWEVER... RAINFALL TOTALS OF 5 INCHES WILL BE ENOUGH TO BEGIN MINOR FLOODING ON SOME MAIN STEM RIVERS.
Plattekill in the mud!

Timmy, if you can, bring LOTS of wood. all the stuff at platty will be soaked. i know wet wood doesn't burn too well . . . but live wood DOES burn, unlike what most people continue to tell me.
also, any of the guys from the island heading up this weekend? any chance of umberto going? i have yet to see him at platty this year.
see you all tomorrow.
i don't know why, but this amuses me a lot. ??
