Only if he got that time on the pro/ex course....the sport beginner course was significantly quicker through that middle section. Regardless....grats on your finish Kona.
very true...i wasnt thinking there.[/quot
i walked the expert section after my run, i thought it was significantly faster. but also i was on the tail of some kid the last halfa and couldnt get by him. that pisses me off
Well you were racing a 5000$ ride and you've been racing at Plattekill for years, so why are you still racing beginner and acting like your nice when you win first?

Hey, does anyone know where photos of Plattekill #3 can be found? It was my first P'kill DH race and I got no pics of the course.
I know there was a photographer on the course - where can I see his photos?
Thanks!

uhhh, kid, if you're that much faster than the other people in your class, it's time to move up to sport. You would've had the 3rd fastest time in all of sport class, so there's no reason you should still be in beginner. Hell, I started in sport class a couple years ago b/c I felt I was faster than the "beginners". But if you want to sandbag then don't complain about catching up to some other racer who's actually a "beginner".

Sorry, misread your post about you catching up to someone who wouldn't move over. But seriously, in the next couple races you should probably think hard about moving up to sport. You're throwing down winning sport times, might as well step up and get the fame, cash, prizes and the adoration of loose women everywhere that comes from wining sport-class races.
