Trials is still around, you can't kill trials you knock it down and it hops back up again.

Do we really need entire forums dedicated to mountain bikes? Fuckin hell you're a retard. Are you paying for what little extra bandwith it may use? No? Cool, shut the f**k up. You don't care about trials, so what, I don't care about music - you don't see me complaining about a Music forum here (which isn't even related to bikes).

Yeah, Trials is dead. You don't see Trials in any current biking videos, right? It's not on the show Drop-in is it? No good riders ever were into Trials like Wade Simmons, Jeff Lenosky or Aaron Chase, right. Yeah, it's dead.

Trials riding is a contributor to alot of the riding that we are doing right now... just because trials isn't as popular as it once was does not mean that it is insignificant.

... what was the last trials comp you went to and how was the turn out? (other than motorama)........from what i've seen/talked to them about, neither lenosky or jay do much "pure trials" anymore... they both ride way more street...

most street riding involves alot of trials. so it isn't pure trials. to say it has no place in a mtbing forum seems, well stupid. if you go to the bike battles you'll see alot of guys riding more of a trials style then street. look at Ryan Leetch. that fuckin guy is incredible and he rides trials and the shit he does freeriding which incorporates trials is insane.

it's true....i've notice that a wicked lot of trials riders are getting more into street riding ..dirt jumping and so on....street is the new evolution for mountaining .and that is becoming very popular lately....example....last years red bull bike battle was more trials orientated..this year ...more street/dj'ing style.
