Ian Collins All-City   Joined: Sep 17, 2002 Posts: 685 Dude, i got the redesigned 823...i think it's called the 825 ...it doesn't have a groove in the would be brake track now, and the top section where the grommets thread in are wider than the old 3.1/823....it's basically the new rim that cedric has been running on his deemax's....just order a new pair they are sooooo much stronger...i've been running them since before durango good luck buddy

But so far, knock on wood, they have been doing good. I personally like the Arrow tubeless design when it comes to the inserts. They aren't threaded, it's a 90 degree turn locking design. With a shaped hole. Would make building easier. Now if Mavic would come out with a tubeless rim the width of the D521 I would be SO SO happy. Cause that would be my XC rim (currently use D521's) _________________ I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it.
