It's about 10 - 12 ft (if you launch it). The landing has an adequet transition...could be better, but it's been totally cleared out by some heavy machinery, or so it looks. When you look up the trail at the drop it looks HUGE...but standing on top, it's totally doable for a advanced sport type rider. I hit it twice without incident. The freeride course is coming along real sweet. We've trucked in a lot of dirt to make a smooth rolling turny section down a steep wooded area, but Tom needs some volunteers to help move it. Its too steep to get a bucket loader or bobcat in there. Any takers, free lift tickets to all those who help. How many stunts will there be in total? I'm all about a freeride comp. And in fact the elapsed time is not going to be the major factor. Its going to be the quality of the stunts and drops.
