Plattekill Mountain is open this weekend, Friday July 4th through Sunday July 6th for recreational riding. Enjoy chairlift access to the mountain’s northface summit from 10a to 5p. Plattekill’s outdoor deck and grill are also open for lunch, cold beers, and panoramic view of the Catskill valleys. Hikers and chairlift riders are welcome to take in the view and trails as well as recreational bike riders of all ages and abilities.
Too many parties and obligations this weekend? Plattekill will also be open Friday July 11th through Sunday the 13th with both chairlifts open for trail riding. Plattekill and Iron Horse Bikes present the first of four Big Air and Dirt Jumping competitions on Saturday the 12th. Check out Race #3 of Plattekill’s Northface Extreme race series on Sunday the 13th at 11a. For more details or information, call 607-326-3500 or check the web at www.plattekill.com.
