THERE IS A CATCH THOUGH. THEY EMAILED ME WITH HOURS FOR SATURDAY'S PRACTICE RUNS. IT GOES AS FOLLOWS, FOR USE OF THE NEW CHAIR LIFT, TO ALLEVIATE BIKE TRAFFIC ON THE RACE COURSE.
SO, YOU'LL NOTICE THAT NOW WE CAN RIDE AN HOUR EARLIER ON SATURDAY'S. DURING TIMES THAT YOUR CLASS IS NOT PRACTICING, YOU HAVE TO USE THE OLD CHAIR LIFT. FOR MORE INFO, PLATTEKILL'S WEBSITE PROBABLY FEATURES THE SAME STUFF THAT THEY EMAILED ME.

um sounds good to me getting passed by those super fast pro/expert peoples isnt too fun, and i bet it isnt fun for them having to watch out the the slower people.
so this means they arent gonna do 2 different courses this year?

I may have gotten the email because I preregister for races, or they know that I am a NORBA member. Yeh the time slots may screw things up but it may turn out to be a good thing. I hate to slow up the faster riders and I hate to be slowed by the slower ones.Guess we'll see how well this works, this weekend.

It should be 2 different courses. Plattekill has a tendency to do only one race a year where they have everyone ride the same course. It helps to get the sandbaggers out of beginner class.

The course is gonna be F'n off the hook yall. I walked it in the rain last Saturday.
It is once again another FINISH LINE creation...
This time it was created solely by Semi-Pro, Erik Hudson and let me tell you he is on a rampage and the course reflects everything that the warrior/soulrider Eric Hudson lives for.
Mainly high speed sections into jaw-dropping Big Ass drops landing into more Big Ass drops landing into fresh, wet, rooted, off-camber landings that take you high speed into stretches of NorthFace embedded rock rockgardens.
See ya there..bring your rain gear...and good luck.

This is a result of everyone sport level and below complaining to Laslo that they are getting run down by the experts and pros. Especially the disrespectful A-holes!!!!!, the ones that actually run you off the course and yell at you to get out of the way using all the the choice words. As was the case with my wife who was run down and clipped off course by a younger A_hole in training. Luckily, I was just in front of her and had to briefly remind the child that unfortunately being 130 lbs wet , young and really fast does not translate to your stomping abillity and, yes you may be faster but the slower 225 older gentleman will shove your prestine M1 up your A$$. Once I counciled him on this, he was a little nicer.
So to sum it up, do I think the times stink yep, but then again you have a-holes who think they own the course to thank for it!
